KOMEGA Basic

Software and hardware complex Komega Basic is a new development of Moscow Factory of Thermal Automatics. The complex is designed for automated control, follow-up and monitoring of various technological process operations. The complex contains freely programmable controllers and respective software.

Contain analog, digital and power channels. Allow for connection in internal bus expansion modules of analog, digital and power channels. Any algorithm control is available. Connection of digital interfaces with peripherals, sensors and dispatch systems.

Operate together with basic module Kb.M. Complete with graph unit, command buttons, a set of optional interfaces. Applied to load algorithms into basic module and set algorithm parameters. Option with in-built processor submodule is capable to perform functional algorithm independently. Provide for connection with superordinate control level on Ethernet channel.

Software

  • Each module has an operation system recorded to provide for automatic internal diagnosis, support for interface connection, and connection with superordinate control level, information retrieval from inputs, control of outputs, execution of functional algorithm loaded in memory.
  • Program kStudio – for working out the project of functional algorithm, loading of functional algorithm into module memory and its adjustment.
  • Compiler Linaro – for transmitting the project of functional algorithm to executable code.
  • kServer or Server Komega – for placing mimic diagrams, keeping archives and handling alarms. Server Komega can used which is available on MFTA (Moscow Factory of Thermal Automatics) accessible through Internet,or local Server Komega available at user’s server.
  • Program kPlayer – for arranging dispatch (monitoring and control). Designed for continuous monitoring by dispatchers automated objects, the mimic diagrams for which is shared at Server Komega.
  • kOPCClient-DA - OPC-client for connection to dispatch system for external controllers.
